White Elephant Tooth Rocks are located at the distance of 16 km from Yercaud bus stand. These rocks are said to be leftover of the meteorite that fell centuries ago in the region. These rocks are fascinating as you will see pure white rocks unlike the black granite which is spread over the region.
There are two rocks one is in the southern part of Gundoor village and other is eastfacing the ghatroad above the 60 ft bridge. Larger one is the in Gundoor region it has 2 rocks about 120 ft. high; they are easily visible from Tipperary view point. They are easily to climb but difficult to descend.
One can reach the bigger rock by trekking from near point road in the village Gundoor and can descend to ghat road. Complete trekking might take 3-4 hours. The smaller rock can be reached from 60ft road. This will take 1-2 hours.
